Our simple money back guarantee is this: If the products listed below, sold to you by GenNow, does not save you 10% of the Kilowatt Hours you used during the 12 months following installation compared to the Kilowatt Hours you used the year previous; GenNow will refund 100% of the purchase price. Exercising the option to receive a 100% purchase price refund is very simple:

   1. You must provide proof that the product was installed to the manufactures' specifications or it must have been done by a "GenNow Authorized" installer.

   2. You must provide 12 consecutive months of electric bills prior to the installation date listed below and the immediate 12 months electric bills following the installation date showing that you did not have a minimum of a 10% reduction in Kilowatt Hours used.

   3. Also required is a signed and attested affidavit that you had no significant changes in you "at home life style" during the 12 months following the installation date.

   4. A copy of your GenNow Sales Invoice showing the product and purchase price that you wish to be refunded.

Upon fulfilling these 4 simple conditions GenNow will have its representative remove the purchased product from your facility and upon removal that representative will hand you a refund check for 100% of the product purchase price.
